We are a small company selling redesigned furniture and interior home accessories based in Lincolnshire with a passion for sustainability. All the pieces we up-cycle are unique and one-of-a-kind, unlike the mass produced furniture from the high street. We pride ourselves in producing furniture of excellent quality.
THE FOUNDER
Hello my name is Emily and I founded Lemon Twist Interiors! A sustainable approach to modern living. Graduating with a BA Honours degree in Interior design and Architecture at Falmouth University in Cornwall, I developed a strong passion for sustainable design and an appreciation for the environment. My journey into repurposing and redesigning furniture started after university where I quickly fell in love with transforming furniture into bespoke pieces reflecting current trends but with a classic style.

As a qualified interior designer, as well as redesigning pieces of furniture, I carefully select and hand pick interior accessories for your home.

SUSTAINABILITY
As a country we tend to throw away perfectly good things, In fact, 22 million pieces of furniture are discarded each year in the UK and the majority of this furniture is sent directly to landfill according to the North London Waste Authority's report (2019). However, with a little care and creativity these items can be reused and given a new life. The up-cycling we do means that we are saving furniture otherwise destined for landfill, this saves the planet as well as making sustainable living beautiful.
There are many benefits on the environment when buying repurposed furniture, for example, upcycling existing resources means that we don't have to use any new raw materials in production process which reduces air pollution, water pollution and green house gas emissions!
